Arrival and Departures for the Cambridge Immerse Summer School

Arrival day at Cambridge Immerse is always a Sunday with departures being the following Saturday. Students are welcome to arrive at their designated college from 13:30. The first day involves a range of welcome activities to help participants familiarise themselves with their new surroundings and fellow students. These include a tour of their historic Cambridge college, a welcome talk from the onsite Programme Director, as well as some icebreaker activities in the evening which are a great way for students to get to know each other.

Departure day is always the final Saturday of the programme. Participants are required by the college to vacate their rooms by 10am on the Saturday and we advise participants to depart before 3pm. The Cambridge Immerse team will be on site until 6pm to supervise any participants who may need to leave Cambridge later than the suggested time. Transfers to London Heathrow are available and are staggered throughout the day to cater for differing flight times.
