The Cambridge Immerse Management course is designed to introduce students to management theory by applying it to real life examples. Students will be introduced to concepts and ideas of organisational behaviour and the management of organisations, as well as topics of finance, strategy, marketing and leadership. As well as this, they will explore key concepts of financial management, how strategic analysis helps firms succeed, how marketing is used to serve customers’ demands and help firms differentiate themselves from others in order to succeed.
